Straight highway robbery but then again, when we traded Caron “Tough Juice” Butler for Kwame, it was a similar effect no? I mean, I always knew Caron played with a chip on his shoulder and given any opportunity; he would break out and play at an All-Star level. Albeit, it is in the Eastern Conference now, but Pau Gasol was in the East when he was an All-Star too, right? I probably need to check my references.
Once again, I just want to extend my gratitude to Kwame for making it happen and making the Lakers relevant and making them a contender for the NBA title. Thanks Kwame, we couldn’t have done it with you.
