Time Lapse of the Pasadena Center

Pasadena Convention CenterI have always had a fascination with time lapse photography especially nature or architecture. The idea of something taking months to years to build being captured day by day to be animated into a 30 second clip.

The idea is very cool and with reason. You get to see everything that happens, changes in a still tangible form changing right before your eyes. This is exactly what is going on at the Pasadena Convention Center at the moment. They had demolished the old exhibition hall and are building a brand new facility. When this building is completed by Spring of 2009, it will be a marvelous building with state of the art features and right smack in the middle is the historic Civic Auditorium is where awards shows like the ALMA Awards or Miss Teen USA are held.
Take a look for yourself on their website. So far, its not even fairly close to be done but you get to see whats been going on.
If you want to have your wedding, party, convention expo or job fair; you better book now because I expect the Pasadena Convention Center to be very busy once it is fully constructed.
